I'm sorry the trial period is strictly 30 days from delivery. After 30 days there are no refunds or exchanges available on any components of the kit whether they have been used or not.

What happens if I forget to post my kit back within 7 days or it's delayed in transit? If your kit arrives back with us after 37 days in total the nappies will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying shipping for them back to you. Can I order the kit before baby is born and return after their birth? No I'm sorry we don't recommend you order the kit before baby arrives.
