During the interview process, you will engage with senior strats, quants, structurers, and traders and will be matched with one of these. During the internship, following an initial training program, you will be placed directly with the group you matched with during the interview.

You will be immersed in the role and experience what it means to be a part of our team. Additionally, you will benefit from training courses, seminars, and a variety of networking events.

Successful interns will be invited to join the Deutsche Bank Graduate Program. This new business division was created in with the aim to ensure greater alignment of product and sales efforts, enabling the bank to deliver a better service to clients and a more focused resource allocation.

It combines a market-leading institutional sales force, world-class research with trading and structuring expertise to provide clients with access to liquidity and customised solutions across a wide range of markets, products and regions. Our interns are given maximal opportunity to learn about the business at large and their specific role.

The program starts with up to a week of classroom-based training, and then you will be placed directly into a quantitative team.
